First Day Checklist

Please send two sets of changing clothing.

Parents are asked to restock cubbies on Monday's.

Diapers/Pull-ups

We request that you bring diapers every Monday and we ask you replenish their cubie every Monday. We suggest 8-10 Diapers/Pull-ups per day.
Wipes

Pack a full container initially and bring a refill package and we ask you replenish their cubie every Monday.
Pacifiers

WE DO NOT ALLOW PACIFICERS TO BE USED!
Clothing

Please send your child with two or three outfits initially, sealed and labeled in a bag. We will send home any soiled clothes to be replaced as needed. Include socks in addition to different weather appropriate clothing. Your child will be spending time both indoors and outdoors, so they’ll need to be comfortable all day.
Water Bottles/Sippy Cups

Provide bottles with a secure screw-on cap or a lockable flip-top lid.

Use a permanent marker with a fine tip for clear, legible writing. Brands like Sharpie are popular and reliable.

Place the label in a spot that will be visible and easy to read when the bottle is in use. Write in large, clear letters. Include both the first and last name.
Diaper Cream/Ointment

If you are providing rash cream for your child, you must fill out a medication form provided by Young Achievers Preschool and store the labeled cream in a sealable bag.

  • Label Everything

    Permanent markers may work fine for labeling plastic bags, diaper boxes or wipe containers, however for items that will come in contact with your baby, purchase a non-toxic marker. Label makers, masking tape or painter’s tape are also useful for labeling bottles, while you may want to use iron on labels for clothes.
